Dr. Scott Fritz began his career as a paraprofessional 27 years ago. Since then, he has served as an exceptional student education teacher, an assistant principal, a middle and senior high principal, and a district leader for Teaching and Learning.

Dr. Fritz received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of South Florida, an educational specialist’s from Nova Southeastern, and his doctorate from the University of Central Florida.

As Chief of Staff for Teaching, Leading, and Learning, Dr. Fritz is responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative operations for all Osceola county schools.

Dr. Fritz promotes the idea that ALL MEANS ALL in Osceola County and that every student deserves a high quality education tailored to meet their individual needs.
